I started Documentation Solutions, Inc. in 1990 in response to an increasing demand for therapy-specific regulatory and documentation support.

The heightened need for Medicare knowledge became first apparent with the development of setting-specific reimbursement structures. Coupled with the Balanced Budget Act’s quest to reduce Medicare costs, an intensified need to more fully understand physical, occupational, and speech therapy reimbursement developed.
